Terms of Payment:

To confirm your reservation a 30% deposit needs to be paid into our account and proof of payment sent to us by fax. The balance is due before the start of the trail.

Should you cancel your booking your deposit will not be refunded. In the event that less than the minimum number of participants are booked for a trail we reserve the right to adjourn your booking, and your deposit will be refunded immediately. Bookings close 4 weeks prior to the start of a trail. Dates may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control.

If there is any risk of getting caught in a sandstorm (Namib Desert Trail) we will leave the desert immediately and head either for Swakopmund or our ranch.

We are not liable for any loss, damages or injury that you might suffer and strongly recommend that your travel insurance covers accident, health and emergency rescue.
